Essential (always on)
These are required for the site to work and can't be switched off. They keep you signed in to your account (api.instlyscout.com session), remember the results of a scan you ran, and store your cookie choice so we don't ask again. No essential cookie is used for advertising or profiling.
Analytics (none at present)
We currently run no analytics on this site — no page-view tracking, no product analytics, no session recording. If that changes we will add privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics with no cross-site tracking and no sale of data, and we will ask for your consent before setting anything. Until then there is nothing to opt in or out of.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking pixels, and we never sell your data.
Managing your choice
Because only essential cookies are set, the banner on your first visit simply acknowledges them. To clear it, remove this site's cookies and local storage in your browser and reload. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we ever introduce analytics, the banner will become a genuine accept-or-decline choice.
